Position Summary:

Specialist, Domestic Operations Drayage Operations

Specialist of Domestic Operations position is to manage shipments, shipper and carrier communication, problem- solving and order management. The position requires working with flatbed shipments, communicating with carriers and customers, and ability to multi-task under pressure.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily management and coordination of shipments with both shippers and carriers
• Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier and tender shipments'
• Source carriers and negotiate rates
• Track and trace all shipments and load status
• Proactively identify problems and swiftly implement the appropriate solution
• Responsible for cost containment of shipment
• Manage shipper and carrier relationships
• Perform other duties as requested or assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
