Dry Cleaning Attendant/Presser
Job description
- Must be able to operate various presses, including garment and clothing presses, and be capable of pressing and finishing a garment neatly & efficiently.
- Must be able to clean and operate dry cleaning machine.
- Must be able to sort clothing in, check and clean pockets, mark clothing in and fill out tickets.
- Must be able to push laundry carts when filled and operate clothing rack.
- Must know how to use scales to weigh laundry.
- Must be able to work in a hot and humid environment at certain times and be able to work on their feet for long periods of time.
- Must be able to assemble, wrap, package, and price clothing so an order is ready for the customer to pick up.
- Must be able to assist customers in loading and unloading laundry from vehicles when needed.
- Must be able to count money and give change properly and settle drawer at the end of the night.
- Must be able to work when scheduled and be honest and reliable.
- Must keep work area neat and clean. Which includes, dusting, sweeping, organizing, etc.
- No experience necessary. Will Train
- Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
