The Goddard School in the Highlands in Denver CO is currently seeking an exceptional Infant room teachers.

Required to apply: ECE degree or related degree or qualified to be a lead teacher according to CO Shines Level 2 educator program. One or more years experience working with children 3 to 6 years of age.

We conduct 90 day and annual reviews with all faculty members. This is a way to provide two-way feedback about employee performance as well as give feedback on the school operations.

We recently implemented Teaching Strategies Gold to enhance our student assessments and hone our lesson plans to meet the needs of our school. We have a behavior analyst and occupational therapist visit to assist the teachers with any challenges in their classrooms.
