Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

A successful Electrical Maintenance Technician is a problem-solver and is strong with troubleshooting and determining corrective action, installing, repairing and maintaining a wide variety of electrical and electronic systems.

Essential Functions:

· Follow all safety practices and rules to ensure equipment is operating in a safe manner

· Perform preventative, predictive and emergency electrical maintenance on a variety of electrical and electronic systems

· Implement process improvements and methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiencies

· Use of standard and specialized tools and diagnostic equipment to properly assess and troubleshoot issues

· Interpret electrical schematics, understanding technical manuals, and following written instructions

· Maintain accurate records of projects including machine assembly, start up and installation

· Participate in daily meetings, prioritizing and reviewing the daily schedule of work

· Operates for trucks, man lifts, cranes, etc.

As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, you will be required to work in a variety of plant areas/departments, environmental conditions (hot, cold, dirty, etc.), and perform work at various heights and within some confined spaces. This role is Monday-Saturday and could be on any shift: our daylight shift from 7:30am-3:30pm, our afternoon shift from 3:30pm-11:30pm, our night shift from 11:30pm-7:30am. Based on the need, overtime may be available including other shifts and weekends. As part of pre-employment, an electrical maintenance skills assessment will be conducted.

Candidate details:

· 2+ to 5 years’ experience

· Seniority Level - Associate

· Management Experience Required - No

· Minimum Education - High School Diploma or Equivalent

· Willingness to Travel – Never

Ideal candidate:
Candidate must have at least 3 years industrial maintenance experience with electrical systems and machines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
