Core responsibilities
:

  • Respond to inbound leads generated by company's in-house marketing team- No cold calling, EVER
  • Achieve high sales-conversion ratios up to 70% from inbound leads
  • Stay in your wheelhouse- reduce 80% of admin work to focus more on building your pipeline and guiding your customers in the sales cycle
  • Learn and improve everyday in a collaborative work environment (this is NOT a "sink or swim" culture)
  • Receive communication and support from Leadership and peers
  • Become a high contributing factor to the growth of a thriving organization
  • Burst out laughing until you almost sh*t yourself at least once a day

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency with electronically powered computer hardware and the world wide web internet system.
  • Proven success working in fast-paced, high volume client acquisition or service environments.
  • Lover of using words and tonality to make other people's lives happier and more meaningful.

Compensation/Benefits:

  • Company generated inbound leads with NO cold calling/telemarketing
  • No outside sales, 100% inside sales opportunity
  • $20.00/hr base provided during training
  • $14.00/hr draw on commission after training, income truly uncapped
