We have an exciting new opening for an entry level Administrative Assistant in our Personal Care Management (PCM) department. This position offers some hybrid/remote flexibility. Occasional travel to our Danvers, MA office will be required.

Job Summary: Provides administrative and clerical support to the PCM team.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Works as part of a team to support program staff.
  • Obtains physician's signatures for PCA evaluations, re-evaluations, and adjustments.
  • Requests insurance forms.
  • Enters data into program database(s).
  • Answers main phone line and redirects calls.
  • Enters and processes notifications of Prior Authorization as needed.
  • Assists with variety of clerical functions to facilitate optimal workflow, including filing, scanning, and tracking.
  • Other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a high school diploma, Associates degree preferred.
  • Prior clerical/office experience.
  • Strong organizational, clerical, interpersonal, multi-tasking and customer service skills. Attention to detail, able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in use of office tools and equipment including phones, printer/scanner/fax machines, and computers (including internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications); solid organizational skills.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
