Culinary Khancepts is looking for our next up-and-coming Culinary Rockstar! We are currently seeking an Executive Chef's to assist in the day-to-day operations of the Back of the House for either our State Fare Kitchen & Bar or Liberty Kitchen restaurants. An Executive Chef's duties will include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in all ordering and inventories
- Assigning accurate prep lists to the team
- Controlling labor by learning how to accurately forecast and schedule team members, as well as monitoring revenue and making adjustments as necessary throughout the shift
- Ensuring the team is following all Safety and Sanitation guidelines
- Learning, understanding, and teaching the menu and recipes to each team member in order to ensure consistency and accuracy in quality and presentation
- Learning and becoming proficient in each kitchen station, and be comfortable working on the line with the team as needed during peak volume
- Learning, understanding and teaching expo and runners how to ensure consistency in quality and presentation, in order to keep hot food hot, and cold food cold
Once hired, you will be working on your Leadership Courses which help you understand what it takes to be a Chef with our Company. Once completed and if everything is met, the opportunities are endless to grow into a Chef position and ultimately running your own kitchen one day with us!

We conduct health screenings for team members prior to each shift. We clean and sanitize constantly and enforce a strict hand wash/sanitize procedure after each trip to the dining room. We wear masks and safely practice social distancing.'
