We are a 19 year long established FedEx Contractor seeking individuals willing to work in a fast paced and goal oriented environment. This position is consistent and stable regardless of weather and economic conditions. As an essential business to the community, we are required to deliver during all circumstances. At Bowen Inc we have created a great team atmosphere in which every team member helps one another requiring consistent driver attendance and positive attitude. 5 days a week with the occasional 6th day. Schedule is typically Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday. There are Positions available as Part Time Weekend Positions as well. During the holiday season (Thanksgiving to 2nd week of January), we work 6 days a week. There are 2 members of the management staff overseeing 10 delivery drivers to ensure the success of the employee. All trucks have GPS and the latest in scanner technology.
Responsibilities:
Deliver products to customer locations in a timely manner
Load and unload vehicle
Collect on unpaid orders and shipments
Inspect and monitor delivery vehicles
Qualifications:
21 years or older
Must pass a drug test
Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or other related fields of 6 months mandatory
Clean driving record
Ability to handle physical workload (lift minimum 50lbs)
Ability to sit, kneel, bend, and walk stairs
Deadline-oriented
Chauffeurs license
No felonies
Reliable transportation to and from work
All candidates will be put through the Smith System defensive driver training course before beginning on road training.

About Bowen Inc:
We are currently operating out of the Lake Orion Terminal which is a 10 minute drive to our delivery area. We deliver exclusively in the 48306 zip code of Oakland Township.

Salary: $150 per day with review after 90 days.
