Job description
Job Purpose
To help exponentially grow patient visits by increasing brand awareness and building relationships with referral sources and community leaders throughout the target market through community engagement and face-to-face interactions.
Core Responsibilities
- Establishes relationships and builds rapport with area doctors to encourage patient referrals.
- Conducts and tracks ongoing outreach to local businesses and residential communities to maximize awareness of Avance Care and increase visits.
- Identifies and secures opportunities to participate in community events to generate new patients and brand awareness.
- Builds relationships with local organizations including Chamber of Commerce, local government agencies, prominent community members, and local press.
- Coordinates preparations for conferences, including arrangements for booth space, booth set up, and staffing booth.
- Maintains inventory of promotional items for use in events and outreach.
- Logs activity, monitors and reports results of outreach.
- Monitors local competitive trends.
- Identifies local advertising, sponsorship, and partnership opportunities.
- Assist with marketing project as needed.
- Assists with clinic Grand Opening and other events.
- Facilitates requests for new marketing materials and ensures clinics display current collateral.
- Accomplishes all tasks as assigned or as they become
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in outside sales/marketing role, healthcare B2B preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Be self-motivated, collaborative, and have a passion for providing high-quality support.
- Must be willing and available to travel routinely throughout NC, primarily Charlotte and the Triangle, with frequent overnights as needed to support new practices or events.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for networking
