Field Organizer
The Field Organizer will work to build power on college campuses and in their community by organizing to increase civic participation. There are multiple positions available, with the option to work remotely in some cases. This is a part time position that will require 15-20 hours of work each week at $15-17 per hour.
The primary responsibility of the Field Organizer will be to effectively implement our outreach strategy. Potential candidates should be high energy, outgoing, enthusiastic, and willing to spend many active hours making calls and sending texts.
Field Organizers report to the Regional Field Coordinator and the Field Manager in their region.
- Candidate must have a desire to learn and a willingness to receive feedback
- Candidates must have the ability to communicate with diverse communities and leaders
- Candidates must have reliable internet and computer or laptop
- Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, experience meeting deadlines, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
