What Would You Be Doing?

Our Fitter/Welders are responsible for reading prints, fitting and welding components for production jobs. It’s a little different: we use 1/16th metal core wire and average 400 amps.

Essential Functions:

• Fitting together components for production jobs using blueprints, tack welding as required
• Welding with 1/16th metal core wire after fitting is complete

What will you need?

• Willingness to work hard and get after it
• Previous manufacturing experience using blueprints strongly preferred
• Previous welding experience required.

What’s in it for you?

Our starting wage is an hourly rate of $21.00 to $26.50 per hour, based on experience. We offer the opportunity for wage increases every six months, until you reach our top rate. That’s for everyone…it doesn’t matter what your specific job is…. if you’re a top performer, you can get to top performer pay! 2nd Shift runs Monday through Thursday, 3:20 p.m. t0 1:50 a.m. with overtime on Fridays.
