Pescado Rooftop Bar and Seafood Grill and The Courtyard at Pescado is a newer addition to the 30A area. This casual fine dining restaurant is located in the heart of Rosemary with a beautiful view of the gulf. You can expect amazing food paired with exceptional wine presented by our resident Sommelier.

We are looking for a motivated Supervisor/Host Stand Lead to join our team at Pescado. We operate a casual fine dining restaurant in the center of Rosemary Beach and are looking for a employee with prior supervisor experience to provide excellent, timely service to our patrons. We ask you to arrive on time, always smile for our customers, and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner. To excel in this position, you need a high level of customer service skill and a willingness to meet guests’ needs quickly and politely.
