Food Services Representative I:
· Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
· Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
· May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
· Performs other duties as assigned
Food Services Representative II
· Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
· Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
· May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
· Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
· Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
· Performs other duties as assigned
Food Services Representative III
· Provides food service to patients, guests, or customers
· Assists patients with menu selection according to preferences and diet restrictions
· Provides daily interaction with patients to ensure a high quality patient experience
· May provide coverage in the absence of the Food Service Coordinator
· Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe food production environment
· May prepare food or drink items, assemble, and deliver patient trays, assist with catering events, and perform daily cleaning of dishes and work areas
· Receives and stores food and supply deliveries using FIFO principles
· Acts as a liaison between Food and Nutrition Services and patients, guests, physicians and other hospital personnel
· Provides training of new team members
· Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications - External
· Preferred high school or equivalent
· Preferred 6 months food services experience
