A busy Broward County Consumer Rights Law Firm is hiring an Associate Foreclosure Defense Litigation Attorney.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation, review, and approval of all case pleadings.
• Handle all aspects of litigation including answers and affirmative defenses, discovery, motions,
• hearings, trials, and appeals.
• Attendance at mediations, conciliations, depositions, telephonic hearings, in-person hearings
• and motion calendar as required.
• Regular client meetings/updates.
• Other duties and special litigation projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate -Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience in mortgage and loan servicing foreclosure-related matters.

• Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills & effectively communicates with
• clients, providing exceptional customer service.
• Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary.
• Must be technologically savvy, very comfortable using process management systems and fully
• and effectively utilizes available technology and automation.

Compensation:
The Firm offers a very competitive salary + great benefits, including but not limited to 401K,
