SURESTAFF is hiring Forklift Operators for the logistics company, C.H. Robinson, in Des Plaines, IL. The Forklift Operator would ensure that freight is loaded/unloaded from trailers or ocean containers.
SURESTAFF is invested in its team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation starting at $17.50- $18/hr and a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
After 90 days, you are eligible to be hired by C.H. Robinson with an hourly $2 increase as well as their great benefits package.

Available shifts:6am - 2:30pm11:30am - 8pm

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments inside the warehouse facility.
• Verify the accuracy of quantity and quality of deliveries and shipments.
• Performs picking/packing duties efficiently and safely while meeting the company's service and time standards.
• Label every product and move them accordingly within the warehouse.

Required Qualifications of the Forklift Operator:

• Stand-up forklift experience is required.
• Lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
