Our San Dimas workshop is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) professional to become a member of the Californian Finance Team of LVUSM. The role is responsible for 1) Establishing measurement, analysis and reporting on labor performance 2) informing management on results and key performance indicators, 3) Identifying areas of improvement, benchmarking, and defining action plans with deliverables, and 4) Helping in preparing budgets, forecast, and month end reporting. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Ensure reliability of data in JDE and Symphonie (labor hours, TBOs, BOMs, routings, standard costs in budget cost centers)
- Monitoring reports indicated by the different critical metrics, systems, and processes related to product costs.
- Verification between PLM and JDE on new listing prices and costs. Update standard costs of components and maintain budget cost center to ensure the calculations of indicators and analysis are accurate.
- Prepare budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and defining financial targets.
- Ensure reliability and regular update in our ERP system of budget data by product.
Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Managerial Accounting focus desired
- Manufacturing and costing background highly preferred
- Minimum 2-5 years of finance experience
- Team oriented with the ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively cope with change, and navigate fast paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, advanced excel knowledge is required (Formulas, Lookups, Pivots, etc)
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is preferred
- Knowledge of JDE One World, and SAP is a plus
- Proficiency in French and/or Spanish is a plus
