We're looking for someone amazing to join our established but growing agency as our front desk receptionist.

Responsibilities

  • First impressions expert - Make sure everyone who calls or comes in feel like family!
  • Ability to deliver professional customer service at all times
  • Ability to not only transfer calls, but hand them off to the appropriate team member with detailed information
  • Maintain and organize client files within our CRM
  • Assist agents with other back-office tasks
  • Process payments online
  • Maintain appearance and professionalism of front reception desk area

Requirements

  • Client centric
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong proficiency with computers and technology
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Expert at task management
  • Ability to work in-office with our team
  • Experience working in an insurance agency or similar isn’t required but is a bonus!
