Office Responsibilities:
- Sourcing for qualified candidates & building a pipeline with drivers.
- Prospecting and hunting for new business
- Conducting phone screenings, send & respond to emails, analyzing responses, verifying references, and validating candidate qualifications to meet our contractors’ requirements.
- Under our guidance, develop and execute a specific recruiting strategy to uncover the most qualified candidates for our clients.
