Job description
We are seeking a reliable and professional legal receptionist to join our team at a workers' compensation law firm in Valencia. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a law office or a similar professional setting and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Bi-lingual proficiency in both Spanish and English is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Filing and maintaining client records and documents
- Providing administrative support to attorneys and staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working as a receptionist or administrative assistant in a law office or professional setting ideally
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
