At A to Z Party Rental our Front Office Cerk will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will handle the call volume in our Design Center to ensure optimum customer satisfaction in a timely manner.

Responsibilities
Provide professional and positive first contact for client
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
Take and relay messages
Greet clients in our Design Center
Schedule Appointments
Ensure Design Center is tidy
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed

Clean valid driver’s license

9am to 3pm Part time
