Role Overview:
Field/LAN Operators will be hands-on when dealing with Gaming, Airsoft, Laser Tag, and Archery Tag.

Responsibilities range from

Field Operator:

• Refereeing / Regulating Games to make sure our guests fall in line of our rules/guidelines
• Supporting the field lead in his arranged activities
• Keep track of score during games
• Cleaning the supplies and display
• Sweeping the turf
• Keeping track of inventory / rentals
• Being behind the register
• Assisting/greeting customers to provide an amazing experience
• Restocking concession stands
• Having Fun!

Lan Operator:

• Cleaning tables, headsets, mouses, keyboards, monitors
• Making sure people are leaving once hours are finished
• Test playing games
• Turning on all PCS/Consoles
• Making sure tvs and LEDS are on
• Looking at security camera to avoid any theft
• Monitoring and walking around just to see if everyone has any trouble
• Brining beverages to customers
• Stocking the Concession Stand
• Having Fun!

It is a fun job as you often are able to interact with the game modes we have available. We want passionate individuals who are excited and outgoing as it creates the atmosphere we want to achieve at Awaken.

Being able to work in a group and communicating well is crucial to our operations. Reporting incidents, keeping score, and tracking equipment all stem from your ability to communicate properly. We want to create a healthy, safe, and fun working environment for ALL of our employees. This will provide our guests with a unique and outstanding experience at Awaken.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
