We are looking for a professional Gaming Bartender that takes ownership and provides an excellent guest experience to ensure the success of their shifts.

The right candidate will be a talented bartender with ample gaming experience that understands the importance of great hospitality and fantastic service in a gaming bar environment, a trustworthy team player that shows leadership and control when working the bar and is experienced in cultivating an enthusiastic customer base.

A good gaming bartender will be able to provide great customer service including: creating classic cocktails, tending to gamers requests, using a player tracking system, anticipating and exceeding customers’ needs and expectations while keeping a clean and tidy bar.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate gaming patrons with charisma and 5 star service
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food & drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Properly use POS and player tracking systems
• Comply with all food & beverage regulations
• Follow alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication, dealing with intoxicated guests and checking identification to confirm legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience

Skills

• Proven working experience as a gaming bartender
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Comfortable using POS and player tracking systems
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
