As a General Laborer with our company, you will become part of a team of stellar employees who are highly valued and skilled. This role will be great for anyone who wants to learn the fabrication, welding, and millwright skillsets and grow with a family-oriented company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work with Fabricators and keep parts to them as needed.

• Provide helping hand with Press Brakes, Shears, Rolls, Cut parts on band saw as needed.

• Make deliveries/pick up parts as needed.

• Use logical step-by-step procedures in work.

• Read bill of materials on blueprints and pull parts for assemblies as needed.

• Help load trucks.

• Organize and clean shop as needed.

Other Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for area housekeeping

• Participate in the processes of continuous improvement.

• Promote a positive working environment to achieve the organization's goals.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Ability, Education, Experience:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is preferred

• Various Construction experience is preferred.

• Ability to read blueprint drawings is preferred.

• Detail oriented and strong math skill

• High level of energy and motivation

• Ability to work flexible hours with some weekend work required.

• Must comply with QWF core values for the safe and efficient operation of the business and maintain sound relationships among and with employees.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:

• Required - Driver's license
