Castaway is a 100k square feet, of banquet, event and restaurant space- hidden in the hills above Burbank. We are a tremendously busy venue. A strong fit for the a leader who is positive, high energy and addicted to creating positive change. This is the job for you, if you thrive in high volume, love juggling multiple projects and are wildly creative.

The ideal applicant will have overseen $15million in annual revenue, and a staff upwards of 250 employees. Previous experience in culinary and beverage curation is also a desirable attribute.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
