Skills/Requirements

Physical ability to perform the essential duties of the position

Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures

Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturing production processes

Reliable attendance and work performance

Successful completion of a drug screen and background check

Must be at least 18 years old


Job Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Ability to perform all duties associated within the department
  • Ability to follow instructions & have good communication skills
  • Must communicate problems when they are detected
  • Work with limited supervision
  • Follow 5-S rule and work in other areas when assigned
  • General Requirements:
  • Work overtime and/or non-regular hours as needed
  • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 to 75 pounds
  • Forklift license required (training)
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Work in other areas as needed
  • Successfully pass written maintenance test and interview.
  • Experience in welding / cutting torch / fabrication
  • Industrial Electrical Wiring and Control [ 110 volt to 480 volt 3 – phase]
  • Pipe fitting skill – threaded and PVC connections
  • Troubleshooting/Problem solving skill/Able to read wiring, pneumatic, hydraulic drawings
  • Experience with PLC controls a plus
  • Need to have tools. 2 – 3 years industrial maintenance experience
  • Computer applications such as Excel (charts & spreadsheets), Microsoft Outlook (email) & SPC
  • Enter, track and close out maintenance work orders via the MP2 system
  • Make recommendation on process improvement
  • Conduct developmental testing as requested
  • Novice computer skills
  • Communicate effectively between shifts
  • Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping (5S)
  • Work with minimum supervision
  • Must pass basic math and reading skills test
  • Actively participate in developmental training as outlined or recommended
  • High School diploma or equivalent - Associates Degree or higher preferred


The following are requirements for the position:
Must successfully complete the interview process
Possess analytical and problem solving skills
Novice computer skills
Ability to lift up to 30lbs
Communicate effectively with peers and management
Excellent sense of safety awareness and good housekeeping (5S)
Work with minimum supervision
Must pass Monsell Color testing with average discrimination
Must achieve a passing score on the Aesthetic Training Standard
Actively participate in developmental training as outlined or recommended
Current or Previous Quality Experience Preferred
