Position: Group Fitness Instructor/ Personal Trainer D1 Madison West

Compensation: $22-$40 per coaching hour + commission with unlimited personal training

• Looking for part time afternoon/evening coach
• Training ages 7-Adults that delivers results- speed, strength, & agility
• Our athletes are looking to improve overall fitness, train to reach the starting team, collegiate and pro levels
• D1 Coaches exhibit the ability to adapt and customize programs
• Chance to build a personal training book – unlimited earning potential

Qualifications:

• Assoc. or Bachelor's degree in related field, OR working towards degree
• Perfer if certified, employer sponsors certification for the right candidates (ACE, NASM, CSCS)
• 2+ years strength and conditioning experience preferred
• First-Aid/CPR/AED training/certifications preferred

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Bring energy, motivation and expertise to every session!
• Ensuring every D1 workout is implemented in a safe and consistent manner
• Up to12 hours of group training workouts/week + any Personal, Small Group and Team Training
• General facility cleanliness and equipment upkeep

Role: Part Time, M-F and occasional Saturdays

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $40.00 per hour
