We are looking for enthusiastic Guest Experience Hosts to join our team and help create magical memories for our guests at our next generation LEGO® Discovery Center attraction in Atlanta. This 30,000 square foot ultimate indoor LEGO® experience was co-created by Merlin & the LEGO® Group and is located in the Phipps Plaza.

We offer $14.00 per hour, flexible schedules, access to all our Merlin attractions for you and your family, and a FUN work environment!

*About the Role*
Here at LEGO Discovery Center Atlanta, our Guest Experience Team’s mission is to adopt a guest obsessed culture and help create lifelong memorable experiences for our visiting guests.
Working in a variety of guest experience positions/roles, you will assist in driving repeat visitation by delivering the highest possible standard of guest service, presentation, and product knowledge. You will also ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical, fun, and safe environment.
Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively seek out guest contact and display enthusiasm and boundless amounts of fun energy
• Uphold a high standard of health and safety across both of our attractions
• Must be comfortable and enjoy speaking in front of large groups of people
• Maintain a strong sales approach, maximizing sales goal targets
• Ensure that queue lines are managed in a safe way, to avoid overcrowding, while still delivering an excellent guest service
• Positions may require standing for extended periods of time

About You

• Experienced working in attractions, entertainment, hospitality, or customer service-based positions preferred, but not required.
• Early learning experience preferred, but not required.
• Working with youth experience preferred, but not required.
