Cortello is hiring driven, passionate, independent, and effective individuals to join our Guest Service team in a full-time or part-time position. With our newest venture, Cortello Beauty, we are seeking to make beauty knowledge accessible to all through an unbeatable online experience, where you can "shop small" but still find all the luxury brand name products that people love.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create lasting impressions and raving fans through all communication channels.

- Work efficiently with other members of the guest service team

-Communicate with clients and team to facilitate accurate service bookings and timing.

- Manage appointment books and client database.

- Manage appointment confirmations and wait lists.

- Work to turn every unsatisfied experience into a raving fan experience.

- Make service, product, and stylist recommendations to clients.

- Manage incoming and outgoing client communications.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
