Summary
The Human Resources Director will be responsible for running the human resources department. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing the human resources department including scheduling and supervising human resources staff.
- Designing and implementing hotel policies that support and empower our employees to deliver the best possible guest experiences
- Ensuring that all hotel policies are compliant with federal and Tennessee employment laws
- Designing projects to increase employee satisfaction and attract new talent
- Taking ownership of all human resources problems in the hotel and dealing with them as they arise
- Providing human resources reports and analytics to other departments to help them maximize employee productivity and satisfaction
Requirements
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Six years of experience in human resources leadership
