Job description
Fast-Paced work environment - Excellent attendance is critical - Some Overtime as needed on Saturdays.
This position plays a key role in a variety of functions including mold set-up and removal, machine start-up, process parameters, and process troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional Mechanical Aptitude
- Capable of learning and performing all aspects of an injection molding job from setup through shutdown including troubleshooting process issues
- Willingness to learn and the ability to learn quickly
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Good communicator
- Familiarity with hand tools
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
Education and/or Experience:
- Prior applicable experience with troubleshooting and repair of equipment, machines, small engines, or appliances
- Experience working with hydraulic systems is a plus
- Prior Injection Mold operations preferred
