YOUR LIFE AS AN INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

This customer service position is full-time with a typical schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you drive revenue by building relationships with our clients. You collaborate with other industrial sales reps on your team to strategically grow revenue from both existing and prospective clients. With the goal of increasing customer loyalty, you share knowledge as well as promote, up-sell, and cross-sell products. You advocate on behalf of your clients and check in with them periodically to maintain relationships, ensure satisfaction, and sell new products and services.

Always organized and goal-oriented, you forecast sales and carefully plan out your month, quarter, and year in order to regularly achieve personal and team goals. Through cold calling, emailing, and reactivating old accounts, you expand our current customer base. A people person at heart, you know providing fantastic customer service is a key part of your strategy. You love meeting new people and feel satisfied knowing you're helping our business reach our revenue goals!


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Sales experience

As you continue to prove yourself, this position will eventually grow into an outside sales rep position. If you have industrial sales experience, that would be a plus!
