Monday – Friday from 9am-5:30pm
Pay for this position is $20/hr.

Inside Sales Representative Overview
This person will be responsible for engaging all in-bound customer calls. In this role, you will be the point person in developing trust with the customer, pre-purchase, and ultimately working with customers to help them understand the best product(s) for them.
Full-time, Exempt, OTE $70K + Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with the team to answer all incoming phone calls to the sales line
- Respond to all emails, chat, and social media messages in a timely manner
- Follow up on all incoming leads
- Learn internal systems for work flows and order processing
- Deliver first-class sales support for all in-bound traffic through calls, email, and chat
- Educate and consult customers on products, best practices, and clearly setting expectations of their purchase experience
- Follow-up in a timely and consistent manner with all potential customers
- Contribute to team initiatives, including the creation of knowledge, employee book club, process refinement, and tools to improve the purchase experience
- Collaborate with peers on best practice and procedures
- Available to travel occasionally for trade shows
- All other duties as assigned

- Must have 1-2 years of experience in a call center/sales or similar type of environment
