We are appointed with several major carriers and quote them all at the same time. You will find your job easy and low stress. Answering clients calls about endorsements, policy cancellations and some sales work. You will be paid a base rate plus commissions and bonuses! You will have your own workspace and become the heart of the office. We invest heavily in our own and you will become a sales and service rockstar in no time!

Location requirements

Must reside within 30 miles of the FM Insurance Group Las Vegas location. 6525 N Buffalo Dr #160 Las Vegas NV 89131

This is a in person position, the location requirement is to ensure you are able to make it to work in a timely manner for duties, required training, coaching and development or equipment issues.

Core Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, clients, insurance carriers and internal sources to provide coverage information and provide policy recommendations where necessary
• Complete a variety of day-to-day client service transactions, including policy endorsements, certificates, binders, cancellations or other necessary tasks as needed
• Complete carrier certifications to obtain “Ready to Sell Status” for multiple insurance providers
• Weekly review of quality standards, metrics, and performance
• Some sales work, answering our marketing teams organically generated leads.
• Write thank you cards and care for our clients.

Qualifications:

• Ability to complete pre-licensing courses and pass the applicable state exam and background screenings by state.
• Organized self-starter who is dedicated to studying on their own and comfortable in a continuous-learning environment
• Must be 18+ years of age
• High school diploma (or GED equivalent)
• Must pass a background check
• Have fun and be friendly with everyone. We are a chill group.
