This Individual will be reporting to TL that assists with the operations of the Premier team to satisfy Agency and legal guidelines.

General Responsibilities:

Complete all necessary departmental reports including but not limited to new business, retention and overall department performance.

Ensure to communicate to TL actions to protect agency from E&O claims.

Assists with distributing employee commission statements for personal policies.

Maintain knowledge of current legal and social conditions that may impact the adequacy of policy coverages and limits.

Assists with the approval for report expenses.

Respond quickly and professionally to any customer and carrier issues that may arise.

Assists CCL with Account Receivable control.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
2-20 License required
-
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Ability to manage workload independently
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Advanced college degree is desirable.

Minimum two years’ experience in a customer service role
-
Advanced knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software and Database software.
