Responsibilities:

• Support the academic coaches with all administrative needs including but not limited to greeting incoming traffic, scheduling appointments, and answering the phone.
• Refer students to the appropriate school official/department and answer basic questions relating to student success procedures.
• Help students fill out request forms.
• Take inquiries needing further review to the academic coaches.
• Organize, arrange and/or participate in various student activities on a regular basis such as showings of student project work, student appreciation events, graduations and interactive activities between students and staff.
• Maintain the integrity of the Los Angeles Film School's policies and procedures.
• Proper handling of complaints - take issues needing further review to the academic coaches and/or the Director of Student Advising.
• Assist with student outreach in the absence of the students' assigned academic coach.
• In charge of the daily operations of the Student Hub.
