Job description

Penn Pallet is looking to add to our growing 3rd shift. This employee would be responsible for the operation of our assembly nailer, including the set up, adjustments and supply of wood into the machine to complete the assembly of pallets.

Our 3rd shift works Sunday - Friday 11:00pm - 7:00am.

Get paid a base rate of $16 / hour, plus a production inventive that is based on your individual performance.

Our employees receive weekly pay, opportunity for quarterly incentive, paid holidays, earned vacation and individual / family insurance benefits after 30 days of employment.

This role is looking for someone who is reliable, able to follow verbal and written instructions, self-motivated to ensure goals are met. Penn Pallet recognizes hard work by rewarding those with a production incentive, potential increase in base pay after 6 months and 1 year, quarterly profit sharing.

- Ability to lift 25 lbs continuously throughout your 8 hour shift
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Reliable work ethic
- Ability to lift, twist and bend for duration of shift
- Willing to work in varied temperatures
- Ability to work at a pace that is productive, which earns you money.
