Arisa Health in Helena is currently seeking a dynamic Mental Health Professional with experience providing services in a Behavioral Health organization or with experience with a community mental health or healthcare organization. We are currently seeking a licensed Mental Health Professional to provide telehealth services to adult outpatient clients. Arisa is currently offering a $2,000 sign on bonus for Mental Health Professionals and a $3,000 sign on bonus for independently licensed Mental Health Professionals.

Responsibilities include: Interviewing and assessing clients for mental health needs and performing individual counseling and crisis intervention; documenting, reviewing, and maintaining accurate case records and relevant clinical information; providing counseling and appraisal services to individuals designed to develop an understanding of personal problems, to define goals, to plan activities to assess an individual’s aptitudes, attitudes, abilities, achievements, interests, and personal characteristics as these are related to personal social concerns, and educational progress.

Candidates must currently have a master's degree in counseling or social work and have a current Arkansas license ( LCSW). Candidates must also have effective written .and verbal communication skills, the ability to multitask, and the ability to work independently and as part of a treatment team.

Work hours: Full time, Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This position is telehealth - Remote. No phone calls please.
