Location: Bronx, Queens, Manhattan, and Brooklyn
Duration: End of 2024 with possible extension!
Shift: Day Shift

Role and Responsibilities:
The Licensed Site Safety Manager will be responsible for covering multiple fast-paced high-profile jobs concurrently. The Licensed Site Safety Manager will need to perform safety observation walks, meet with site teams, draft reports on safety observations, and follow up on HASP reviews, JHA reviews, site staff certifications, safety observations, accidents/incidents, and other related items for all sites.

• Oversee safety on construction sites of buildings 15 stories and higher in New York City.
• Conduct daily safety inspections ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Provide daily written reports reporting including unsafe work practices.
• Conduct Site Safety Orientation.
• Prepare and deliver Tool Box Talks.
• Conduct accident investigation and reporting.
• Maintain required Safety Logbooks.

Required Skills, Certification, and Experience:

• Valid NYC DOB Site Safety Coordinator License.
• Valid FDNY S-56 Construction Fire Site Safety Manager.
• Valid 62 Site Safety Trainer certification
