**$5,000 Sign on Bonus; $1,250 paid after 6 months, $1,250 paid after 9 months, $1,250 after 12 months, $1,250 after 15 months**

Compensation

Average annual salary $75,000 - $80,000/year which includes:

• Hourly rate of $28.00 - $29.00/hour, based on experience
• Monthly safety bonus that can equate to an additional $2.00-$2.50/hour; incentive attainable but not guaranteed.
• $5,000 Sign on Bonus; $1,250 paid after 6 months, $1,250 paid after 9 months, $1,250 after 12 months, $1,250 after 15 months
• Overtime after 40 hours per week. Typically work 45-50 hours per week
• Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule

• Four schedules to choose from: Sunday-Thursday; start time typically between midnight-2am

Tuesday-Saturday; start time typically 1am
Monday-Friday: start time typically 12:00 am
Tuesday-Saturday; Start time Typically Between 12PM- 2PM

• No layovers; home every day
• Deliver palletized freight to medical facilities
• Make 1-5 stops per day; out of the truck at every stop
• Route delivery, light touch freight, driver unload using pallet jack, lift-gate; and infrequently, 2 wheel hand cart
• Work schedule may change based on business needs; must be flexible with work schedule
