We are currently looking for a Project Assistant to join our team of dynamic, results‐focused translation professionals. This is a full-time, salaried position. Interpro boasts a RemoteFirst work environment and a physical office in Wheaton, IL. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Assist Project Managers, business development, and engineering resources in scoping projects and determining delivery schedules
• Responsible for coordinating file preparation and pricing for client monthly projects
• Assist/coordinate Quality Assurance activities to ensure integrity of all client deliverables
• Help PMs manage projects, workload, and administrative tasks as needed
• Participate in internal project planning meetings, client meetings, and presentations
• Execute additional tasks as required by the Company and its clients

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from an accredited university
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Excellent Microsoft Office application skills
• Excellent organizational, planning, and multi-tasking skills
• Quality-focused and detail-oriented
• Good English verbal and written communications skills
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule when required
• Ability to succeed in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Proactive, hard-working, team player
• Ability to follow instructions
• Fast learner with good technical skills

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Previous translation/localization experience
• Working knowledge of localization (CAT) tools
• Fluency in a language other than English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.70 - $27.36 per hour
