FAR Chemical of Palm Bay, FL is currently hiring for a dedicated full-time Maintenance Mechanic. We are chemical manufacturing industry leaders.

Basic Qualifications/Duties:

• Perform preventative and regular maintenance on plant and utility equipment.
• Perform repairs or work on projects as assigned.
• Assist with new process set-ups.
• Strong mechanical ability a must.
• Prepare cylinders mechanically for chemical packaging.
• Must be able to learn and follow departmental and safety procedures.
• Must be able to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be available for scheduled overtime, emergency overtime and emergency call outs as required.
