Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description:
· Oversee the activities of maintenance personnel in performing routine maintenance
· Implementing/Ensuring measurement of the maintenance KPIs of our painting systems, machinery, and facility/infrastructure performance
· Leading the development and implementation of maintenance SOW/procedures and data base
· Publishing trend charts of corrective and preventative maintenance
· Generate work orders, enter comprehensive job details, and assign work to qualified team members
· Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner
· Schedule routine inspections and emergency repairs with outside vendors
· Develop technical specifications for spare parts and place purchase requisitions/orders
· Procuring, testing, and commissioning specialist components, fixtures, or fittings
· Organize and manage spare parts maintaining inventory levels
· Supervise contractors during installations, repairs, or maintenance (Forklift techs, plumbers etc.)
· Find alternatives to parts that are no longer available due to obsolescence
· Ensure payroll is reconciled weekly for maintenance personnel
· Communicate directly with all departments to resolve repair requests
· Conducting and overseeing maintenance process audits and diagnosing faults
· Leading training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
· Capex forecasting and strategic planning for system overhauls and upgrades, while considering long-term maintenance costs
· Playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance program
· Experience working with ERP and maintenance data base such as INFOR, SAP, Maximo, MP II, etc.
Preferred:
- Experience in technical purchasing and maintenance of machinery
- Experience with people management
Required:
- 5 + years of experience in the field
- BS degree or equivalent
- Advanced skills with ACAD and Vision, and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Explorer)
- Strong analytical skills and proven organizational ability and attention to detail is a must
- Must be a self-starter, proactive, flexible, and deadline-focused
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
