CNS Imports is seeking an Entry-level Marketing Assistant who is passionate about starting a career in the Marketing field. The position offers exposure to various aspects of marketing and provides opportunities for growth and development within CNS’ internal marketing department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Training will be provided on site to ensure that the you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the role.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience, including internships or part-time jobs in marketing or related fields
• Experience in using Adobe Creative Suite software including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Mandarin or Cantonese language required

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and strategies, including email marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing team on the production of marketing materials, such as digital ad content, sales sheets, brochures, flyers, banners and other promotional materials
• Learn and make simple content edits to multiple WordPress sites as needed, no coding required.
• Manage company’s social media accounts, and other digital marketing channels, including a consistent posting strategy and community management
• Take in-house product photos for marketing use as needed
• Handle administrative tasks related to the marketing department, such as updating product specs, updating internal tracking sheets, organizing files, and other duties as assigned
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
