Safe Staffing of Ohio has multiple jobs throughout Lorain and western Cuyahoga county. We offer weekly pay, sign-on/referral bonuses, and a quick hiring process. See below for our current openings.

Avon/Avon Lake:

• Production/Machine Operators, M-F 7am-5pm & half Saturday 6am-12pm, $15/hr
• Welding Machine Operator, M-Thurs 7am-5pm Fri 7am-4pm, $15/hr to start
• Skilled Punch Press Operator, M-Thurs 7am-5 pm Fri 7am-4pm, $15/hr+

Cleveland:

• Entry-level manual Machine op, M-F 7am-3:30pm (x2), W 117th/Lorain, $12/hr
• Punch Press Op/Die set up, 6am to 4:30 Mon-Thurs, $16-21/hr based on exp.
• Shipping/Packing, Mon-Thurs 6am to 4:30 pm, $15-18 to start based on exp.
• Material Handling/Receiving, Mon-Thurs 6am to 4:30 pm, $16-19/hr to start

Elyria:

• Entry-level Sit-down parts assembly and trimming, must have some warehouse exp, 1st shift (x2) 32 hrs/week, $10.10/hr
• Stock checker/Inventory, some exp preferred, M-F 8am-4:30pm, $13/hr

Lorain:

• Mig Welder, Must have some exp & clean drug screen, M-F 6am-2:30pm, $18/hr
• Welder/Fabricator for heat-treated parts. 2 yrs exp, gloves/helmet required. 1st shift 8 am to 4:30 pm. $22 per hour to start with potential raises after 90 days
• Stacking/Racking & precision cut to measure coils/tubes, Some mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand/power tools, Clean Drug screen required, M-F 6am-2:30pm, $17/hr

North Ridgeville:

• Manual Machine OP, Immediate start, M-F 2nd shift, $13/hr

Oberlin:

• CNC/General Machine Operators, M-F 1st & 2nd shift, 2 years of exp needed, $15.75-$20/hr depending on Exp and position
• Janitor, Basic maintenance & prior janitorial exp required, Split shift 1-9:30pm & possibly a few hours in the morning. $16/hr
• Tig Welder, Exp is required, M-F 2nd shift, $19-21/hr

Wellington:

• Forklift Operator/Shipping, Shipping computer knowledge, M-F 8am-4pm 1st shift, 50lbs+ lifting, $15/hr to start and $16/hr after 90 days

Westlake:

• Building Maintenance, Tues-Sat 8 am-4:30 pm, May work 1st/2nd/3rd shift, must have a clean background/drug screen & be fully vaccinated, $18+/hr
• Picking/Packing/Forklift op, M-F 2nd shift 1-9pm, Must have some relevant experience, Clean background/drug screen and covid vaccination required, $17/hr
