Bobcat in Litchfield is looking to hire production professionals as early as January 9th, 2023! For any of the shifts/positions listed below!

Shift Schedules

1st shift - 6:00AM-4:30PM, Monday-Thursday with OT as needed.
2nd shift - 4:30PM-3:00AM, Monday-Thursday with OT as needed.

OR

Weekends - Friday - Sunday, 12 hour days 6:00AM - 6:30PM. **Work 36 hours and receive compensation for 40 working hours**

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Assembler: This position is responsible for assembling metal product, partially or completely, and positioning parts. You will assemble according to knowledge of the unit or following blueprints, diagrams, layouts or oral instruction.

Material Handler: A Material Handler will transfer material manually by hand, or utilizing a manual pallet jacket =, a forklift or using a lifting device attached to a hoist.

Fabricator: Knowledgeable and capable of operating fabrication machines that may include Break, Plasma, Punch Press, Saw, Shear Operations, laser and folding machine. Operates power brake to bend, notch, punch, form rolls, arc or straighten metal plates or sheet metal to blueprint or sketch specifications.

Other Production based positions may be available with inquiry.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
• Able to operate Forklift, PIT, manlifts & other materials handling equipment
• Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly.

• The ability to communicate, verbal and written, with supervisors and coworkers
• Previous experience using a forklift is a plus; no experience required
• Previous experience using fabrication machines a plus; no experience required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.50 - $24.50 per hour
