Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented marketing coordinator to join our small but growing team. The marketing coordinator will help execute traditional marketing initiatives, manage various digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and online advertising, and assist with the development of short form video assets. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute marketing initiatives, including email marketing, social media marketing, and short form video campaigns
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance
• Collaborate with clinics to develop sales enablement materials
• Work with external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
• Manage and update the company's WordPress website and social media channels
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Recent experience in marketing or a related field preferred
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva
• Experience with website content management system WordPress
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices and incorporate them into campaigns
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Location: Flower Mound Home Office

Status: Full-Time, Salary Non-Exempt

Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000 annually
