Marketing & Customer Care Specialist

The Brock Home Team, a real estate team with Keller Williams Experience Realty in Paducah, KY, is looking for a talented, creative Marketing & Customer Care Specialist to join our real estate team! This is a part-time position that will work closely with our team members on implementing and managing social content and ads, marketing materials, and customer care material. You will be responsible for brainstorming, creating, and transforming ideas into high-quality digital advertisements, social media campaigns and various marketing materials.

As a Marketing & Customer Care Specialist, we expect you to be up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our teams’ views creatively.

Responsibilities

Marketing

  • Oversee all social media accounts
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with teams branding
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
  • Maintain website (WIX)
  • Assist with YouTube Channels
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

Customer Care

  • Assist the transaction coordinator with customer care
  • Create and publish Smartplans & Campaigns in our CRM
  • Create mailings

Requirements

  • Proven work experience in social media & marketing
  • Hands on experience in content
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with websites
  • Analytical skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Experience level:
