Pay Range: $18.03 - 21.93 annually

Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle

As NFM’s Marketing Operations Specialist I you will assist with administrative tasks duties required to maintain art files and materials for advertising purposes. Track major projects and maintain proof correction collection and correction transfers to master. Act as office couriers between merchandising and advertising. Assist with production duties and proofreading for circular, ROP advertising, and other store promotions. After onsite training, this is a hybrid position based in our Omaha office, allowing the candidate to work a combination of in the office and remotely based on business needs.

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
  • Create: Generate online input folders for circulars, flyers, ROPs, WRAPs, etc. Review input to make sure it meets requirements
  • Manage: Build master document in filemaker. Search for art in art list, on server and online. Collect master, art, input sheet and copy document to folder and file
  • Assist: Receive preproofs from designers. Collect preproof changes and send back to designers and create links for proofs and email to buying teams
  • Coordinate: Collect proof changes, confirm all changes are returned. Copy proof changes from buying teams to master document. Collect art and copy for proof changes, combine with digital file of master document and send back to designer
  • Process: Build e-mails- facilitate creation meeting, brainstorm mods for direction documents, create direction documents, coordinate links for direction documents with site merchandising
  • Collaborate: Liaison between site merchandising, promo coordinators and creative team to assure promotions are correct and advertised at appropriate times

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred
  • 1-year clerical experience that includes proofreading
  • 1 year experience with database software
  • Highly organized with great attention to details
  • Ability to handle several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines
  • FileMaker Pro experience preferred
  • Ability to enter data quickly and accurately
  • Knowledge of Design and Internet software preferred
  • Computer skills to include ability to use MS Office applications
  • Pre-employment screening includes, but isn’t limited to, criminal background check
