Looking for candidates who have been responsible for full RCM for healthcare (preferably ABA or behavioral health experience) for at least 2 years.

• Experience with Central Reach and/or Kareo preferred
• Scrub Billing
• Create Claims
• Regular billing
• Buddy Check key areas
• Submit Claims
• Generate, scrub and submit secondary claims
• Solve Clearinghouse rejections
• Submit Corrected Claims
• Correct Billing errors
• Rebill projects
• Remain up to date with new information on payer policies (eg modifiers required)
• Contribute to updates and maintenance of Resource library
• Start Client Status Tracker with data and route to Account Manager
• Provide internal reporting to team on status and issues

Looking specifically for experience with Kareo, Central Reach, Office Ally and Change Healthcare.
