Eagerly looking for a motivated medical receptionist for a busy primary care office in Norwood with two providers. The medical receptionist answering phones, scheduling patients, insurance referrals and authorizations, faxes, and other administrative duties. Onsite training provided.
Education:
- Bachelors Degree, relevant certification, or work experience preferred
Experience:
- 0-1 years required
- Primary care experience preferred
- eClinicalWorks highly preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Communication
- Phone Skills
- Referrals and prior authorizations preferred
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
